Our main job is that of a Transaction Manager. This requires us to guide clients through the home buying or selling process, which can be overwhelming at first glance. We also coordinate with other real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and settlement companies to ensure that all the details of the transaction are completed. This includes writing and negotiating offers for both sellers and buyers.
